Finding Courage and Hope: Responding Effectively to Climate Change


Sunday May 19 Weybridge Elementary School 3:00 PM

Mark your calendar for May 19th and spend an afternoon listening to Kathryn Blume speak about, “Finding Courage and Hope: Responding Effectively to Climate Change”. If you have never heard Ms. Blume, you are in for a treat.   Bill McKibben says she is”…the funniest, grittiest climate change activist we’ve got…” Ms. Blume’s presentations are known for their quirky combination of irreverent humor, emotional authenticity, and a deep belief in the power of the individual to make a difference.

Ms. Blume will speak at the Weybridge Elementary School, 2010 Quaker Village Road at 3PM on Sunday, May 19th, with dessert and reception to follow. Suggested donation per person is $20 in advance, $25 at the door, or what you can afford.  Send a check made out to ACDC to:  ACDC, c/o Meakin, 1910 Quaker Village Rd., Weybridge, VT 05753.
